MCML’s Room is an interior design project inspired by the timeless principles of Mid-Century Modern design. Starting with an empty living room in New York, the goal was to create a space that felt warm, functional, and intentional without relying on unnecessary decoration.

The creative direction centered on simplicity, balance, and thoughtful curation. Rather than filling the room, we carefully selected a small collection of furniture and objects that complemented one another through their materials, proportions, and form. Every piece was chosen with purpose, allowing the space itself to become part of the design.

Læoré led the project from concept to execution, developing the interior direction, furniture selection, styling, space planning, and final visual presentation to create a cohesive environment that feels both timeless and lived in.OPERA IX
